To register for an account, click the the “Reschedule / Cancel / Edit Questionnaire” link at the bottom of any appointment confirmation or reminder email. This will take you to the confirmation page for the appointment where you will find a “Register for an Account” button at the bottom of the page. I strongly suggest you register for a client account so you can:Bypass any forms you’ve already filled out when scheduling subsequent appointments. Sign in to your Client’s Scheduling Page to reschedule or cancel your existing appointments. View all upcoming and past appointments scheduled.
